SHIPPING

 

1.1. All orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing the following day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will begin processing on the next Monday. Our sales manager will contact you if the item you ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is required to verify your credit card.

 

1.2. Most items are processed within three business days. In the event of unforeseen technical issues, we will notify you by email about any shipping delays.

 

1.3. We ship worldwide from Ukraine using Nova Poshta Global (UPS) within 13–14 business days, and within Ukraine via Nova Poshta in 1–3 business days.

 

1.5. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes once the shipment arrives in your country. You are responsible for any customs clearance fees; Cegla does not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

1.6. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. By placing an order with Cegla, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.

 

1.7. If you choose to refuse the shipment, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees paid for the package, as well as return shipping costs to our address in Ukraine. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

2.1. Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of cosmetic traces, and have all original tags attached.

 

2.2. Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for discounted items or underwear.

 

2.3. Returns must be made by mutual agreement between Cegla and the customer. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support at ceglastudios@gmail.com and state your reason. Returns within Ukraine are free of charge; international returns are subject to a €50 processing fee.

 

2.4. You will receive return documents and instructions within 3–4 days after submitting your email request.

 

2.5. Any additional costs related to returns sent without prior approval from customer support will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.6. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving the returned item, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund is completed. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement.

2.7. Damaged or defective items.

At Cegla, we strive to sell only high-quality products. We perform multiple quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email at ceglastudios@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return and refund.
